TECHNOTRANSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS & LIABILITY WAIVER

By purchasing a ticket, boarding, or participating in any Techno Transit event (the “Event”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. Checking the box during checkout constitutes your electronic signature and full acceptance of this waiver.

1. Eligibility & Age

All participants must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Entry will be denied without refund to anyone under 21 or without proper identification.

2. Acknowledgment of Risk

You understand that participation in a moving event, including dancing, standing, and interacting aboard a moving vehicle, carries inherent risks. These include but are not limited to slips, trips, falls, sudden stops, or other injuries resulting from normal bus movement or passenger activity.
You voluntarily assume all risks and agree that The Bar Blueprint, Techno Transit, its employees, contractors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from your participation.

3. Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully and follow all staff instructions while onboard or at any related event stop. The Bar Blueprint reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest exhibiting unsafe, aggressive, or illegal behavior without refund.

4. Transportation & Public Stops

The Event involves travel on public roads with planned or spontaneous stops. You agree to remain within designated pickup and drop-off zones and to board and exit the vehicle only when instructed.
The Bar Blueprint and Techno Transit are not liable for delays, route changes, or missed drop-offs due to traffic, weather, or law enforcement activity.

5. Photography & Media Release

You consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event and grant The Bar Blueprint and Techno Transit full, royalty-free rights to use such media for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final images or recordings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, you release and hold harmless The Bar Blueprint, Techno Transit, their owners, employees, partners, affiliates, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to participation in the Event.
This includes but is not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, or negligent acts of other participants.

7. No Guarantees or Refunds

All ticket sales are final. The Bar Blueprint and Techno Transit reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel the Event for safety, weather, or operational reasons without liability beyond the value of the purchased ticket.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.

By checking the box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms above, and you assume full responsibility for your participation in the Techno Transit experience.
