Rules and Regulations:

Welcome aboard Techno Transit, Houston’s rolling underground experience. Please review the following rules carefully before your ride to ensure a safe and unforgettable night.

Entry & Age Requirements
• 21+ Only. Valid government-issued ID is required upon boarding.
• Guests under 21 will not be permitted to board, and no refunds will be issued.
• Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Check-In & Boarding
• Rideshare required. All attendees must arrive via rideshare for safety reasons.
• Pickup location will be sent via email and text after purchase. (Pickup will be near Downtown Houston.)
• Your ticket must be presented for entry.
• Boarding closes 10 minutes before departure — please arrive early.

Ride Experience
• Each trip is a non-stop 90-minute set featuring an exclusive DJ.
• For emergencies during the ride, text 630-659-5254.
• Complimentary two (2) 50ml shooters of tequila or vodka will be provided upon entry.
• Alcohol tier depends on ticket type (mid-shelf or high-shelf).

Onboard Conduct
• Please use trash bins — do not throw bottles or cans on the floor.
• Guests who appear over-intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be denied boarding with no refund.
• Fighting, aggression, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate removal from the bus — even mid-ride — by security.
• Be mindful: this is a shared space, so respect other passengers, the staff, and the equipment.

Bag Policy & Prohibited Items
• All guests are subject to bag checks and light pat-downs before boarding.
• Entry will be denied if the following are found:
• Weapons (guns, ammo, tasers, pepper spray, sharp objects)
• Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
• Alcohol exceeding 375ml per container
• Bags larger than a small handbag must be stored in.

Safety & Restroom Policy
• The bus will be in motion — hold onto rails and watch your step during turns or stops.
• Grip floors and overhead rails are provided for safety.
• Restroom use is for emergencies only.
• Do not dispose of trash, glass, plastic, or feminine products in the toilet.
• Free water and vomit bags are available in the restroom.
